What Is the Difference Between a Counsellor and a Life Coach?

A counsellor helps you dive deep into emotional and psychological issues, often rooted in past experiences. A life coach, on the other hand, focuses on your present and future, setting goals and achieving personal or professional growth. Think therapy versus strategic planning; both valuable but serving different needs.

Can I Book a Session?

The easiest way to book a session is to click the button at the top of this page that says ‘Click Here To Book You Appointment Now!’. You will be taken to a booking page. Simply fill in your details and book the session. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your session is booked. Alternatively you can call me on 0429 220 646 to book your session.

Do You Offer Rebates?

I don’t offer Medicare rebates as counselling and life coaching aren’t covered. Even if they were, I wouldn’t provide it. Your mental and emotional wellbeing is priceless; if you need to put a price on it, I’m not the right fit for you. Invest in yourself because you’re worth it.

How Long Does a Session Go For?

Each session lasts 1 hour. It’s crucial to arrive on time; if you arrive late, your session’s duration remains unchanged, cutting into your valuable time. No extensions. Your punctuality ensures you receive the full benefit of the session, maximising progress and achieving your goals effectively.

What Are Your Fees?

Each counseling and life coaching session costs $130 per hour. If you’d like to extend the session, and I have no clients booked after, you can purchase extra time at a reduced rate of $55 per additional 30 minutes. Straightforward and flexible to fit your needs.

Do You Offer Online Sessions?

I offer online sessions via Zoom. The full payment of $130 is required at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Once I receive the payment, I’ll send you the Zoom link. This ensures everything runs smoothly and you receive the best service.

How Do I Cancel a Booking?

My cancellation policy is straightforward: you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel between 48 to 24 hours before the session, you’ll incur a cancellation fee of $65. If you cancel within 24 hours or less, you’ll be charged the full session rate of $130. This policy ensures fairness and allows me to manage my schedule effectively.

Can I Reschedule a Session?

Yes, you can reschedule sessions, but remember, doing so within the specified timeframes outlined in my cancellation policy will lead to the same cancellation fees. This ensures fairness and consistency for everyone involved. Please review the policy to avoid any surprises.

How Do I Pay?

You pay for your session using credit card, EFTPOS, or cash at the session. For Zoom sessions, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address at the time of booking and must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the session.
